  • Workspace Cleanliness: All surfaces, wheels, and tools must be thoroughly cleaned and left in an orderly condition after every session.

  • Waste Disposal: Members must avoid unnecessary waste and follow all studio guidelines for the proper disposal of ceramic and artistic materials.

Ceramics & Kiln Protocols

  • Unauthorized Operation: Members are strictly prohibited from loading, unloading, or operating the kiln unless expressly authorized.

  • Material Compatibility: Only Club-approved clay bodies, glazes, and ceramic materials may be used in the kiln.

  • Right of Refusal: The Club reserves the right to refuse or remove any items that may damage the kiln or pose a safety risk.

  • Firing Results: While every care is taken, the Club cannot guarantee firing results and is not liable for cracking, breakage, glaze defects, or firing failures.

  • Labeling: All ceramic work must be clearly labeled with the member's name or initials before being submitted for firing.
