About Us

Gstaad Arts Club is a private members’ studio built around the simple joy of making.

It is a shared space for ceramics, drawing, and painting, where members can work independently, spend time alongside others, and step away from daily distractions.

Situated on Solsanastrasse, our small studio offers a calm and welcoming place to create.

The Idea

Gstaad has always attracted creative people, but there has been no dedicated place built around the simple act of making.

Gstaad Arts Club was created to offer that space: a calm and welcoming studio for ceramics, drawing, and painting, where members can work independently, alongside others, and at their own pace.

Membership is intentionally limited so the studio can remain personal, practical, and enjoyable to use.

The Space

The studio is designed to be simple, practical and welcoming - a place where members can settle in, work at their own pace, and feel comfortable returning to regularly.

The space supports both quiet individual practice and a more social way of working. Members can draw, paint, make pottery, or work independently, while still being part of a small creative community.

Alongside regular studio access, we hope to host occasional intimate events, including talks, demonstrations, and masterclasses with artists and makers from our wider creative network.

Natural light and simple materials help create a calm, focused environment. The feeling of the studio will grow naturally over time, shaped by the people who use it.
